A dedicated coach will work 1-on-1 with you on your specific goals. You’ll meet for 30-minute sessions, by phone or video, before starting each digital lesson. Message your coach online, anytime.

Virtual Behavioral Coaching is a structured program that uses the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), one of the most effective treatments for symptoms of anxiety and depression.

On-demand support

24/7 instant access to resources you can use to take steps toward feeling better. This includes resiliency tools you can continue to use after you finished the eight-session program.

 

Getting started is easy

We’ll connect you to AbleTo where you’ll enter your insurance plan member ID or your company access code. Then answer a few questions and schedule your first call with your coach. They’ll set up a path that’s right for you.
