Where can I find my ID card?
What is HealthSafe ID?
It’s a username and password you create to get secure access to your behavioral health and wellbeing benefits and help you make the most of Live and Work Well.
You can also use it to sign in to websites that may be part of your health plan for prescriptions, medical benefits and more.
Why should I register for HealthSafe ID?
Many interactive services that may be available to you let you save your progress and require personal information. Depending on your health plan, this may include things like getting care recommendations, accessing no-cost counseling visits or submitting claims. Registering and signing in with HealthSafe ID protects your privacy and safeguards your personal info.

You can submit a help request online for technical assistance, and we'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
How do I file a claim online now?
Select “Claims” from navigation menu at the top of the page and then select “Submit a claim.” If you haven’t signed in already, you’ll be asked to sign in or register for a HealthSafe ID. This helps us match up your Member/Subscriber ID in our eligibility system and protects your privacy.
Please note, this tool is for out-of-network behavioral health claims only. So, if you have a medical claim to file, please go to your medical insurance website.
How do I go paperless?
Go to communication preferences and select “Paper settings” to make and save any changes. You’ll be asked to sign in or register if you haven’t already.
You can also change your communication preferences anytime by going to your account settings at the top of the page.
